Man Accused of Setting Subway Rider on Fire Is Charged With Arson

The victim was sleeping on a train at Penn Station in Manhattan around 3 a.m. Monday when an 18-year-old man set him on fire, the police said.The man who was set on fire was taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to a criminal complaint from federal prosecutors.
